In cases where DENTAURUM makes a prime4me® Aligner or prime4me® RETAIN3R product to individual customer specifications or renders a service on the basis of concrete specifications from the customer, DENTAURUM cannot be held responsible for such products or services being suitable for the success of the treatment as intended by the customer.
On placing the order (with an obligation to pay), the customer confirms that the transferred data is correct.
DENTAURUM has the right to cancel an order placed by the customer without prior notification if, in the course of the order process, the customer fails to approve the prime4me® RETAIN3R design uploaded by DENTAURUM within a period of 2 months.
prime4me® Aligner or prime4me® RETAIN3R products cannot be exchanged or returned.
