All orders received leave the Dentaurum logistics centre the same day, subject to availability.

*Different terms of delivery apply for depot orders. Shipping fees will be invoiced. There is no express delivery available for depot orders.

On request, we will also deliver your order to a different delivery address.

Transport insurance

All deliveries are insured against transport damage. Please report any transport damage to the carrier and Dentaurum immediately on receipt of the goods.

Returns

Goods may be returned in the original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition within 4 weeks after receipt of the order. Please include a copy of the invoice with the returned goods. We recommend using a registered parcel for the return to safeguard against damage or loss. Delivery costs will be borne by the sender.
